• Site in charge at Schlumberger (KOC) Project Jurassic production facilities at East Raudhatain, Sabriya and Umm Niqa in the Jurassic basin
• In-charge for all site construction activities and the coordination between the contractors (Civil & MEP) to manage for having the contractor work activities done on time without any lags.
• Managed and supervised the construction activities of the site service utilities like fire water lines, potable water line, Air/IA/N2 piping, and sewage and drainage systems
• Prepare internal and external reports about job status daily
• Analyze, plan, manage and mitigate risks and Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
• Manage the day-to-day construction activities for the tight schedule of the fast track project.
• Worked as a member of the project risk management team by developing the risk assessment tracking system and update the risk mitigation plans (accept/ avoid/ transfer/ reduce) at the different project phases.
• Coordination and follow up with the cost control and supply chain and logistic teams. Ensure that the vendors, human resources, and equipment delivery to the site according to the schedule to avoid any cost overturn or liquidated damages.
• Interviewed, evaluated, hired, and trained new workers
• Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance
• Review and approve utility engineering designs, give the recommendations to increase the efficiency and quick execution.
• Investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance (if any) to achieve the optimization for the usage of the available resources
• Delivered reports to the senior project management to detail project updates and likely completion dates, noting delays and causes
Project Engineer at Kharafi National (KNPC) Project Clean Fuel Project at Ahmady refinery (Brown Field area ) responsible about Scheduling preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project. They may also be in charge of performance management of vendors.

- Monitoring the daily site work ( progress and quality ) with my site engineers .
- Solving the technical issues and cheeking the drawings and BOQ to find out the work requirements .
- Reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with project manager .
- Controlling project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
- Maintains health and safety working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
working at HERA AG ambiental company for soil remediation project at construction department to do the civil work for washing plants, earth movement work and Supervising the subcontractors.
working in Kharafi National Co. as site engineer in oil and gas construction department in HYUNDAI /KOC - INSTALLATION OF LSFO, FG, & GAS OIL Project at (BS-180, MAA out Side and MAA In side).
KHARAFI NANTIONAL was subcontractor in the project and the main contractor is HYUNDAI for the client KOC. I Achieving my responsibilities as a site engineer and assistant area manager at my designated sites Mina Al Ahmadi (MAA) inside and outside, lays with tree key aspects that I personally developed over time Delegation, controlling man power and communication. This project (HYUNDAI /KOC - INSTALLATION OF LSFO, FG, & GAS OIL Project) consists of more than one site areas separately, MAA (inside and outside) is Contains 60% of allover works of this project, the area consists of two parts, Architectural and Civil, Architecturally we have substation, modular substation, gas metering shelter, F.O. shelter, Instrument air package, condensate pumping shelter, FG compressors and Nitrogen Shelter, Installing anchor bolts playing huge part in this project, most of shelters contains anchor bolts in their designs . the civil part however starting from grading, cutting and filling, pipe racks, foundations, manholes, pipe lines, concrete encasements, platforms, pits, duct banks, box culverts, pipe trenches, pipe supports and pipe sleepers . The work also requires following certain safety laws and regulations enforced by the main contractor as well as making sure that my entire brigade follows it as well.
