Receiving of stocks from production through haulage vehicles.
Before starting loading checking for completion of documentation from sales Coordination for loading.

Ensure proper entry in related register / computer and Release vehicles.

Performing duties in Unloading area,

Arrangement of warehouse workers for unloading of vehicles.
Arrangement of empty checkers for segregation of empties.
Ensure off-loading separately for all SKU`s with proper checking.
Ensure safe operation with proper safety measures.
After completion of off-loading of vehicle counting of empties.
Preparation of documentation and recording of empties at required places.
Guide forklift operator to stock empties properly in designated column for each SKU`s.
For movement of empty to production ensure loading of haulage vehicle with sound empties.
On return of rejected empties from production lines ensure stacking of empties at proper positions, Dirty, Scuffed, sound etc.
Upon closing of each shift hand over of breakages etc.
Performing duties in production back process area,
Ensure delivery of empties to line for proper production.
Ensure timely lifting of product form line to ensure smooth operation.
Monitoring of empties, sound, scuffed, or breakage.
Recording of empty breakages as per its segregation production, labor.
Leading Warehousing team to achieve the company goals and objectives and to attain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
