I held many positions in ART while currently I am carrying the following responsibilities as Head of Business Development:
• Managing major projects in distribution channel
• Market researches to allocate required market penetration and segmentation through new or existing distribution channels
• Implementing new business initiatives across distribution channels
• Implementing sales incentives to drive sales performance within the team
• Key reference for distribution channels’ team in all related aspects of business.
• Responsible for all communication rolled out by distribution
• Reviewing processes across all distribution channels and working on reengineering the processes in alignment with related departments
• Following up new rules and regulations from CCHI & SAMA to guarantee full compliance and implementation in time lines
• Reviewing our system look and feel as well as process flow, then working with IT in developing our systems moreover removing all obstacles in order to guarantee continuous growth
• Working with underwriters in Product development and segmentation to be in line with market needs.
• Responsible for building yearly budget based and distribution strategy since 2014
• Guarantee proper implementation of Strategies, Planning, Action Plans, Budgeting & SLAs across all distribution channels
• Review current pipeline and find solutions for business maximization
• Maintain and control the renewal and retention processes
• Control and analyse all reports for distribution channels
• Ensure achieving annual budget for all distribution channels and working on solving internal obstacles which affect business to guarantee professional environment
• Working with marketing to design communications, moreover, arrange events and campaigns for our distribution channels.
• Working with the marketing team to devise marketing materials and tools to support new business teams.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery.
