1) Provides remote end-user support to US clients. Give support regarding Office365, CCTV, Mikrotik Server, Windows Server, POS & Database.
2) Performs remote troubleshooting and resolution to address various network related issues on client networks Manage Servers and Internet Connections.
3) Handling Ticket system generated by GFI Remote Management and provide technical assistant to US clients.
4) Provide chat support and data management to US clients.
5) Install and manage peripheral support devices like printers.
6) Examine, manage, maintain, upgrade and support network servers’ equipment and maintenance.
1) Maintain Lab Record.
2) Maintain Machine Record of computers.
3) Maintain Servers.
4) Maintain Linux Server.
5) Update system as per instruction from CAH (Center Academic Head).
6) Contact to vendor for item purchase for IT.
7) Make Requisition and PO and approved by CM (Center Manager).
8) Assist and Control Internees for any troubleshooting.
9) Make Audit Report for yearly / half yearly AUDIT.
10) Assist to Network Faculty for their ACNS (Aptech Certified Network Specialist) course.
