Reporting to the group head of IT am responsible with my team for:

• Manage and support all business systems used in the group including ERP, BI, HR & Payroll and other systems.
• Develop the road map for developing, upgrading and replacing the business systems in the group based on technology development and business process and needs development.
• Manage contracts SLAs and other communications and relations with systems vendors.
• Create and maintain updated analysis documentations about the business process and needs in the group in coordination with the concerned business owners and partners inside and outside the group.

I have overall responsibility for the planning, management control, operational performance and changes to ‘group wide’ business systems and related applications architecture under my remit. The role also take responsibility for the development, maintenance, documentation, distribution and auditing of Mattex Group LLC application technology standards and contribute to the development of the overall IT Strategy and its global deployment.

1. Perform as a member of an application support team for ERP systems users throughout the
organization and its partners.
2. Work with ERP systems users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and
setup.

11. Design, develop and maintain reports used by technical staff and ERP systems users. (This requires thorough understanding of X++ and .Net ).
12. Regular attendance at work and at scheduled meetings.

• monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products;
• maintaining knowledge of new developments in health care community, anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapting strategy accordingly;
• developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector;
• Staying informed about the activities of health services in a particular area.
