•Pitching for new clients and achieving above target records in requiting new clients
•Visit, Follow up and sell to customers
•Monitor the market price of our clients and the competitors within the market
•Deliver excellent customer service, thereby ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales.
•Follow up the competitor's market shares and present feedback on weekly basis to management.
•Initializing customer contracts and proactively promoting, offering, tendering, negotiating and executing the complete Monitoring in close coordination with the management.
•Attending to all customers problems and reporting all major complains to management
•Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
•Managing, controlling and executing site activities according to requirements
•Market analysis and studies as required (market volume, competitors, trends & etc.)
•Report sales activities on weekly basis to upper management
•Follow up Price offers and Branches (El Sewedy for Electrical Equipment & Cables Co.)
•Attend trade shows, exhibitions and company meetings as required
•Building customer data base, and building a good relationship.
