It is mix use building (Hotel, Apartments’, offices and Mall) having 5 basements + Podium +67 Storey. It has 18 blade walls and one belt truss where we utilized to have outriggers.

Project: Design and Build Contract for PTB (Passenger Terminal Building
Client: Tilal.
Work Assigned: Lulu hypermarket located in bausher, Muscat which has four storied shopping complex with area of 1, 35, 000 m2. We did static analysis and design of double raft foundations, columns, slabs, beams, shearwalls, blockworks with bearing and non-bearing along with coordination with other relevant discipline i.e MEP, Architectural and Acoustic.
Client: Qatar Petroleum, Qatar.
Work Assigned: I designed and managed the design of following buildings which were facility buildings for Qatar Petroleum located at Port of Ras Al Laffan.

Assigned: This is the most difficult part in Airport analysis as it covers the whole PTB. Here we used almost all the methodology while analyzing e.g Response spectrum, time history and P-delta analysis and the surface movement reached to 350mm. We added tree type columns to reduce the movement within acceptable limits. Again, while construction supervision we experienced many challenges e.g. torous casting which is a node having 3tons of load, on site welding and fitting the segments which came from Turkey, rupture strength of the bolts etc which we managed to comply with Employer's requirements.
Assigned: This is one of the biggest car park in the history of Oman which can accommodates 8, 000 cars at a time which is 4 storied building which regular grid and eight different zones where I managed and coordinated the prelim design and lead the
Muscat is 109m tall building which is tallest and most slender building in Oman whose function is to monitor and control the air traffic flow and runway movements. Due to its nature of slenderness it required to install tune mass damper to limits fluctuation while heavy wind. Here main challenges were controlling fluctuation due to lateral loads, MEP and IT system installation. I supervised all design changes during stage III and finally to As Built. Supervised the part of inspection team and lead the authority approvals.
