Responsible for team of 11 collaborators, I am working in collaboration with the Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Technology teams to provide actionable information from data collected from any possible source. The main role is to lead and inspire the company's teams to solve important problems with reliable data.
I direct, execute and coordinate the provision of the necessary data for analysis and decision-making from the assumption to delivery, which reflect the knowledge of business and align with the objectives of the project and the Business.Also responsible of proactively monitoring, predicting, and supporting the uptime of any application or service related to the company's data and for the creation and maintenance of an enterprise-wide data infrastructure that will provide accurate, reliable and repeatable business and decision-making reports and strategic information
Responsible for the availability of corporate, operational and decision-making Dashboard and report data, ensuring the smooth execution of processes and the optimal performance of production platforms with proactive, preventive and corrective actions on DATAWAREHOUSE, Bigger platforms Data and BI, current and future, by supporting the needs of the company in new services and technologies.
Ensure the availability, reliability and consistency of BI & Big Data data accurately and with the best day-to-day quality.
Provide the necessary support for all users of BI & Big Data tools. Provide support for all developments or design of business intelligence solutions & BIGDATA.
Participate in BI & Big Data workflow projects in implementation and use. Ensure the administration of ETL, Data warehouse, Big Data and BI platforms in production.
Develop guides for the implementation of corrective and / or preventive actions for complex anomalies related to the operation of BI & Big Data platforms. support & upgrade & maintenance & integration of platform EBS & HiTs & HP SiteScope, HP BSM, HP BPM, HP OMU, HP NNMi
