company branches making sure all entries comply
with accounting standards and corporate policies.
- And Coordinate junior’s transactions.
( Material purchases, AP, AR, Assets, Inventory, Petty
cash)
- I perform profitability analysis for each branch "business unit"
(Profit and loss per business unit analysis)
- participate in budget preparations
- Data analysis, forecasting.
- account reconciliations.
- Vendor balances reconciliations.
- Cash management. (cash flow per business unit)
- support CFO in PMO (projects management office) tasks.
- support CFO in task related to project feasibility studies.
- Retail and whole sales daily reports
- supervision of junior staff
- customer invoicing
- customer balances settlements and aging reports
- cash management supervision (Over 1 Million) daily.
- chief accountant for month closings
- ERP system (SAP) mobilization as new ERP system setup. ( chart and accounting modules set up and training)
- Managing project cash flow
- projects purchases management and vendor settlements (PR-Quotations- PO- Goods receipts- Invoicing)
-Coordinating and facilitating projects needs of materials, labor, and other expenses according to the project budget and authorized expenses.
-Variance analysis.
- coordination with project managers and finance management.
