Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.

Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.

After the each proposal submission, leads post-proposal efforts such as negotiations, contract start-up briefings and "proposal lessons learned" staff meetings.
Prepare RFQ documents, technical specifications, BOM, drawings and contract provisions.
Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals.
Managing the cost analysis and cost control within reasonable maximum profit margin of projects. Contribution Margin & Contribution Ratio control.

Proactively identify and evaluate training needs for the customers and adapt measures to address these needs successfully.
