• Manage and lead the team work, ensure the efficiency and the required level of HR service.
• Evaluate, develop and recommend HR procedures and practices to senior management.
• Business owner of CATS module “Cross-Application Time Sheet “in SAP.
• Cross Application Time Sheet (CATS) used to track employees time data, which is recorded with information referring to orders and cost centers, for instance, and can be transferred to corresponding applications and components of the SAP Business Suite.
• Verifying best practice payroll processes are undertaken, as regular review of data entry, audits and reports of time data in order to minimize errors.
• Provide and discuss SAP reports and statistics with other departments E.g. Tender, Safety, Purchase and planning.
• Contributor to leadership teams as the HR subject matter expert with a strong understanding of the business.
• Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the Division.
• leads the change management projects and manages the HR related communication.
• Provide and discuss SAP reports and statistics with other departments E.g. Tender, Safety, Purchase and planning.
• Ensuring compliance of HR policies and procedures, and Policy development.
• Conducting orientations to the newly hired staff and Train new admin staff in how to perfectly use SAP in their respective area.
• Formed Saudization Percentage system and assisting Admin in securing potential human resources.
• Review the data base and ensure all employees information are correct.

• Supervised and followed up employee's related services (annual vacations, sick leaves, over time, opening new back accounts, bank loans and company housing loans registration and allowances).
• Followed up Iqama renewal, Visit visa validity for the company visitors, sponsorship transfers into and out the company, correction and changing employees’ positions on Iqama, and preparing the documents for recording the new joined employees into the system.
• Recorded and implemented salary and wage variations as they occur.
• Ensured all staff entitlements and deductions are accurate and up to date.
• Developed, updated and maintained payroll files, databases and spreadsheets on a regular basis.
• Updated Organizational structure on different company departments and new or ongoing projects for the new staff, assigning new employees to certain projects or tasks, or changing management.
• Regularly liaise with the Organizational Development Department to provide payroll guidance, support and advice.
• Prepared correspondence, reports and statistics as required.
• Coordinated with all project administrators for employees’ services and provided the help on SAP.
