- Key Achievments:
▪ Planning and installing NetXMS monitoring system for SEC data center team, enabling them to actively monitor server status and resources utilization.
▪ Planning and installing WSUS server for an isolated network, keeping the servers in that environment always patched.
- Duties:
- Install, configure ESXi hosts.

• Design Active directory structure, DNS name space, DHCP pools, Replication topology.
• Implementing a parent domain at headquarter and 3 child domain at branches.
• Making documentation for the network and the system usage.

As a Technical Engineer I was responsible for installing and maintaining two way radio systems, radio base stations and repeaters.

• Provide Technical support for all company’s products.

• Installing Car Base-stations in firefighting cars.

As an IT Officer I was the Head of the IT department in my unit. During this period, I was responsible for installing and managing computer networks, providing technical support. Also I used to give lectures about computer basics to many groups.

Building a new computer laboratory to help students and studying groups practice their tasks including:
• Design of the lab. Network infrastructure, IP addressing Scheme.
