● General Mechanical works (Fire fighting, pumps, Piping, plumping, ….etc)
● Implementation & operation LC system (CCTV, Networking, Fire Alarm, security ….etc.)
● HVAC works(Duct split AC, Backage unit AC, VVR systems, split unit AC)
● All finishing works (floor tiles, marble works, painting, ceiling works, facads, steel & wooden works
● Preparing the MEP design concept reports and MEP design for several project types (residential, commercial and services Buildings).
● Preparing the MEP shop drawing for the project’s under‐construction
● Preparing the MEP BOQ and MTO for the project in construction phase
● Tendering the under‐conduction projects according the technical study of the projects and the budget.
● Preparing the cost break down for the projects under construction according the specs and the studded MEP design.
● Preparing the request of proposals (RFP), payment terms and project specs for contractors.
