Responsibilities:
•Determining the optimum smart features (Hardware and Software) for on board buses, Data center, Operation center, Connectivity and the Depot.
•Setting deals with different stakeholder companies and organizations to integrate all the systems “Automatic fare collection (AFC), Smart cards, Automatic Vehicle Location(AVL), Passenger Information (PI), Fleet Management (FM)” to have a complete solution.

Projects:
•High Quality 40 Buses as a pilot project to provide intelligent public transportation in Greater Cairo.
Responsibilities:
• Sealing the deal with the governmental company “E-Finance” to do all the steps in behalf of the people for issuing the Fuel Cards.
• Providing all the capabilities (data entry, training on governmental system to employees and technological devices) to issue fuel cards for the customers at their work place and clubs.
• Setting deals with different companies and organizations to facilitate the procedures and delivery of fuel cards to the employees.
• Following up with the workflow to offer the best service for delivering the fuel cards to the customers.
Project:
• Egyptian Fuel Card system, accredited by the governmental company (E-finance) to facilitate issuing and delivering the cards to the people.
Responsibilities:
• Restructuring the organization of the Presidency Information Center (PIC) administratively, structurally, technically & budget to support the future growth in the next 2 decades.
• Providing and Managing the complete solutions & Security requirements (Planning, Designing, Implementation & Budget) of all PIC Information Technology needs.
• Managing, Maintaining & Securing the Information circulation on the Presidency Data Networks & Computers.
• Building, Managing, Budgeting & supporting a comprehensive human development plan to raise the technical level of the specialists in the PIC, in addition planning their career development.
• Setting and Managing the permanent security procedures to secure the circulation of Information in the Presidency Cabinet and following them up periodically and updating them according to the most recent technology development.
Projects:
• Built and Managed the Network Infrastructure in the Presidency Castles (Switches, Routers, ASAs, Fiber and UTP).
• Built and Managed the new Main Data Center & Backup Data Center using technology High Reliability & Disaster Recovery.
• Designed an Access Control system for the entry and exit of vehicles & personnel and built System Surveillance in Presidency Castles all over the country and connecting these systems with the Presidency Intranet to integrate with local programs to help reduce the expenses of the Presidency’s car fleet and fully control the entry and exit of the Castles & present the technical report directly to the Chief of the Presidency Cabinet.
• Established the Electronic Signature system among the presidency’s departments & designed this system to facilitate Electronic Messaging between the Presidency Cabinet and ministries of sovereignty.
• Built and Managed the Network Infrastructure in the PIC (Switches, Routers, ASAs, Fiber and UTP) according to the latest technologies.
• Secured and Managed the Information Systems of the Presidency Cabinet.
• Built, Managed and supported a comprehensive human development plan to raise the technical level of the specialists in the PIC, and planned their career development.

• Management of Infrastructure Buildings of the presidency castles (Switches, Fiber, and UTP).
• Configuring and maintaining routers, managing switches and layer3 switches to keep both LAN and WAN connections stable.
• Configuring and maintaining Active directory Infra-structure for all sites.
• Administering Exchange servers, both front end and back end.
