• Leading the agile delivery of mobile banking
• Coaching and mentoring agile teams and supporting organization change as part of the transformation program
• Run agile squads following the scrum framework.
• Evaluate and Implement solutions based on business requirement following the banks standard methodology and policies for different customer facing channels (Mobile Banking, Online Banking and ATM).
• Run projects, prepare project plan and provide MIS reports to PMO office. Liaison with cross functional IT infrastructure team members.

• Deliver solutions and support project delivery in alignment with the approved timeframe in order to effectively meet user’s business needs.
• Monitor project execution development, schedules and quality standards.
• Manage testing and monitoring activities to ensure quality product is delivered.
• Maintaining project documentation will be primary point of contact for all client inquiries for projects being managed works with a wide variety of personnel and with the team members from all line functions and/ or disciplines.
• Handling the UAT and Go to live process.
• Develop and communicate the project management plan to maintain periodic updates on time for further business practices.
Responsible for near to precise estimation for RFP, projects and defining deadlines. Finish projects within the specified deadline and the required budget.
Provide the technical (development) and business managers with a vision of the project objectives.
Negotiate with the third party vendors for the project requirements and project close out.
Over all scheduling and planning (Time planning) for software projects delivery phases
Prepare software project risk management
Provide team leadership and coaching for the key project members
Maintain and coordinate project logistics including overtime & vacation alerts.
Develop and execute on-going improvements to all processes related to team as well as department opportunities
• Closely work with the team to run the daily operations of the Data Warehouse and its subsystems.

• Oversee the analysis done by Business Analysts as they capture and document business objectives and functional requirements and translate them into requirements and solution definition documents for system solutions in a comprehensive, meaningful and well-structured manner. This includes ensuring that the proposed business solution will deliver the expected benefits.
• Ensure that the end product aligns with business strategy.
• Set clear and consistent performance objectives, implement performance management and development plans to ensure standards of performance and productivity are achieved and maintained enabling a high performance culture.
