A. Controlling
1) Budgeting

3) Reporting
 Lead the preparation/review of consolidated quarterly financial statements and footnotes (including statements of cash flows, EPS, etc) in accordance with SAGAAP.
 Interfacing with the external auditors on accounting issues in support of the company's reporting and disclosure positions.
 Monthly Reporting to Management (weekly sales, Classification Sales Report, Slow/Non Moving items..etc)
 Ad-hoc reports as requested by Management .
4) Others
 Responsible of all of the companies Insurance Policies (review of insurance contracts, selecting the appropriate insurance provider).
 insure that all the companies Risks are Covered in our insurance Policies(Property, Money, Public Liability, Workmen's Compensation and Employees Life).
 Liaise with the Internal Auditors resolving all of their findings ( Management Letter ) and coordinate with all responsible departments to make sure that these findings are Resolved .
B. Compliance
 Responsible of the compliance of the company with the Policies and laws of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) .
 Responsible of the Companies Announcements in Capital Market Authority's website (Tadawul) and make sure its compliance with the Capital Market rules.
C. Investors Relations
 Prepare all Investors Relations Reports and Presentation .
 involved in the Meetings with the investors.
 Manages the investor relations portion of the company web site.
D. Zakat & Taxation
 Responsible of the Preparation of the Stand Alone FS for Zakat filing Purposes.
 Prepare the Zakat file and submit it to External Auditor for filing with DZIT.
 Responsible of all the withholding tax calculation and filing .
 Responsible of the Income tax filing in both Qatar and Egypt.
