Commercial : o Tendering: Mange and execute the Tendering study and submitting process. o Procurement: Manage Prices Negotiations, supplier's shortlisting and selection, purchasing and logistics. o Subcontracting: Manage and execute set prices for subcontracts, subcontractors' acceptance and contracts. o Variations: Manage and execute study of variations cost impact and compensations o Value Engineering: Manage and execute study of value engineering, preparing techno-commercial reports in both design phase and execution phase.
