Managing large to mega projects exceeding 5 Million $ budget, and projects across different countries
Managing multiple projects at the same time.
Monitoring & controlling project’s profit & loss statements.
Planning project activities and assuring deadlines are met.
Managing team members and coordinating between them and the customer.
Maintaining project planning (project management plan, project quality plan, resources plan, communication plan, change management plan, risk management plan and procurement plan).

Coordinate with the PMO for projects allocation and managing projects issues and risks.
Responsible to maintain the Billable staffing & Allocation for my team.
