Applying interactive preventive maintenance techniques to overcome possible online failure modes using minimum resources.
Design and Manufacturing of new tools.
Manufacturing of Spare parts for old tools and machines.
Issue & Review Product related documents (Master data) on the SAP and Archive (Drafts, BOMs, Routing, Quantities).
Product Cost Analysis breakdown and improvement cost analysis.
Applying Franke production system standards to the tool-shop.
Introducing Lean & 5S to the tool-shop and converting from traditional reactive team to team that embraces lean culture & foster a preventive maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:
Design new projects using CAD tools such as Solidworks.
Research of new projects to get the basic know-how of the project equipment.
Preparing project documents (Calculation sheets, 3D Drawings, Simulation files & 2D manufacturing drafts).
Follow up the manufacturing activities of new equipment.
Commissioning of the newly made equipment.
Working as a mechanical design engineer with the research and development team to solve problems in different designs of electricity meters to meet the requirements of customers and to suit working in hazard environment in many different countries.
Job Responsibilities:
Design new upcoming products & Molds using CAD tools such as Solidworks.
Mold editing for the modified products and supervising the mold editing process at the mold factory including making (modification of the mold design, CNC machining, making EDM electrodes, Wire cut process routes, supervising the assembly process of the molds, mold testing).
