Proceeding temporary & permanent asphalt paving executions and lane closures in line with
approved Traffic Divertion Plan
Ensuring full compliance with approved design & shop drawings, QCS 2014 and WZTMG
Coordinate with government authorities, client and supervision consultant representatives to
get permits/approvals
Implementing rectification activities to address any issued site observations and comply the
comments given in site inspection submittals

Supervise all aspects of civil and hardscape works, ensuring compliance with contract
drawings, specifications, QCS 2014 and project requirements.
Inspection and approval of site executions including earthworks, precast and cast-in situ
concrete works, kerbstones and interlock paving, asphalt paving
Reviewing Inspection and Test plans, method statements, supplier pre-qualifications and
material submittals, shop drawings, and mock-ups prior to site implementation.
Monitoring contractor performance, work progress, and quality control procedures in line
with approved Baseline Programme and contractual milestones.
Conducting regular site meetings by issuing site observations and non conformance reports
to maintain quality and mitigate risks
Coordinated with stakeholders, end users, and authorities to ensure alignment with project
objectives and regulatory requirements.

Performing civil and architectural site inspections for all concrete applications, blockwork,
cement & gypsum board, waterproofing and fit-out works ensure adherence to project
specifications and regulatory standards.
Reviewing project spesifications, shop drawings, material submittals, and method
statements prior to site implementation to verify technical conformity
Preparation and submittal ofWork Inspection Requests (IRs), coordinating with consultant
representatives to secure timely approvals and avoid delays
Identify non-conformities (NCRs), monitoring corrective actions, and ensuring proper
rectification in line with QA/QC procedures.
Receiving the materials delivered on site, conducted sampling and testing coordination with
third-party laboratories.
Coordination with subcontractors by supervising them to ensure works were executed safely,
efficiently, and in compliance with HSE standards.
