- Tunnel TBM Manager (2011 -2014.) Warsaw Metro Line 2 Construction of Metro Systems, Electro-Mechanical Work and Vehicle Available of Work. Turkis-h Italian joint venture project carried out in Warsaw, capital of Poland consists of seven deep underground stations. Vistula river in Warsaw, which divides the city as a two sides of the tunnel system connected to each other, and facilitating access to the city's planned.
4 no’s EPB type 6.30 meters diameter Herrenknecht S 644- S645 -S646-S760 TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine), H+E tunnel conveyor belt systems and transport vehicles MSV have been used in this project.
The responsibilities concerns of the following items.
Preparation of the jobsite for TBM S644-S645/S646- S760 Herrenknecht of 6.30 m diameter
Assembly of TBM S 644-S 645 -S646- S760 Herrenknecht EPB TBM.
Preparation of all service line and construction of launch constructions.
Preparation of TBM thrust frame
TBM monitoring
Assembly of TBM.
Inspector of production stage and assembling on 4 TBMs at Herrenknecht AG Factory Germany/ Schwanau.
Supervise the establishment and commissioning of segment precast factory. The segment precast was manufactured in this factory for to build inside the tunnels at Warsaw project.
Supervise the establishment and commissioning of TBMs site which is located Rondo Daszynskiego.(TBM S 644&645)
Supervise the ground improvement process; HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling).HDD was done at 48 points with cement and chemical injection. The aim of this issue is for to pass Historical Building of Praga with TBMs in safe condition and It worked successfully.
Supervise the establishment and commissioning of TBMs site which is located Rondo Wilenski (TBM S 646&760).
TBM Manager of TBM S646, managing of this Tunnel and all related activities.
The most critical points in this project for TBM were under passing of Praga Historical Buildings and Vistula River, both of them was passed with TBM successfully.

I completed my intern in The State Water Supply Administration - underground water departmant. During my internship I worked as a intern engineer in Bolu-Koprubasi
Dam project and another small projects close to Ankara.
In Gulermak Ahmet was responsible for: the coordination of the tunnel and field. He worked as an engineer at the completion of the 5.5 km long route. 2-Gulermak- Dogus Joint Venture-Site Manager (2010-2011) within the scope of the job tasks that İstoc and Sanayi Metro Station to the station infrastructure and miscellaneous works (back fill,
displaced infrastructure works, asphalt works, water pipeline, concrete paving and curbs, landscaping works, PVC
membrane application works) . Rails work station and the tunnel entrance, to a permanent rail assemblies (excavation of the tunnel for the first studies rails concrete beams, prefabricated building element assemblies, permanent rail assembly and welding works)

6, 5 km long route 2 Metro Line 6, 56 meters, 4 EPB TBM machine was used In this project .
