Carrier and clearance companies and follow up Clearance Process
* Opening import and export files for the shipments and Maintain
Organized Filling
* Collection of needed documents for custom clearance of goods
* Manages the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies.
* Checking shipping documents and verifying cargo to be released
* Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing
shipments. until finishing the process of clearing them by the
customs
* Preparing of all documents such as LC documents, bills of lading
, AWB, shipping labels, Commercial invoices, shipper export
declarations, certificates of origin
* Optimize the activities of third party service provides and evaluate
their performance
* Ensure appropriate and correct shipping documents are obtained
from the suppliers, freight forwarders, airlines, banks, government
appointed pre-shipment inspection agents, etc .
