1. Design data center solutions that include infrastructure, computing and storage requirements in centralized/distributed data centers and disaster recovery (DR) sites.
2. Design enterprise network solutions that include layer2/3 technologies, wired/wireless access, and security in single/multi-site environments.
3. Consult customers in migrating to software defined network (SDN) in campus and data center infrastructure.
4. Consult customers in building and renovating data centers that fit into business needs.
5. Perform presentations and demonstration labs for customers.
6. Develop project documentations: scope of work (SoW), bill of material (BoM), technical proposals and request for proposal (RFP).
7. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to both pre-sales and technical team members.
8. Conduct meetings to deliver detailed customer requirements to project management team and implementation team.
9. Initiate pre-sales activities, consulting services and products.
