Checking the id's of the visitors and staff during London Olympics checking the license of the drivers and their passes in the main enter acne of Olympic park in case of emergency any incident was making communication on radio with my supervisor.Posting of guards and was responsible to provide daily updates.
i was suppose to manage my team in a proffesional way to make this sure they are trained and are able to help the clients and customers on the phone, all call center equipment working properly .to make this sure all customers and clients are satisfied, all my staff is coming on time and their attendance is in control.
