Duties:
• Design and plan implementation of Business Intelligence platform, Microsoft CRM and various application used across multiple department.
• Collaborate with managers to develop estimates and overall implementation solution plans.
• Manage multiple vendors working on multiple projects for various applications used across company.
• Design business process for Master Data Management and BizTalk implementation.
• Enhance usage and adaptability of Business Intelligence and MS CRM application across various departments.
• Deliver Microsoft CRM training for Sales and Marketing team to enhance the application usage.
• Identify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutions.
• Evaluate user requirements and transform them to assist in design, development and testing phases of applications related to Microsoft CRM system.
• Mocking up specifications for the development team working for vendors, and facilitating the completion, testing and deployment of development projects.
• Supervise support team providing first level support for all application servers related to Microsoft CRM.
