Manage Daily expenses
• Manage All vouchers like
• CPV- Cash payment voucher
• CRV- Cash received voucher
• BRV-Bank received voucher
• BPR-Bank Payment voucher
• JVS- Journal Vouchers
• Prepare day book
• Prepare Debtors Ledger (A/R)
• Prepare Creditors Ledger (A/P)
• Maintain all filling, billing, invoicing, including every thing.
LOGISTICS DUTIES
• Rate dealing with clients
• Booking courier for DHL
• Guide to the customer for required documents.
• Collect Documents and shipments and verify for any discrepancy
• Move shipment to the DHL local destination
• Make booking and receive tracking number
• Tracking number provide to customer
• Follow up of shipment until reach destination
• Collect payment
• Maintain all the record regarding all the process
• Other task assigned by the management
Documents Controller
• Copy, Scan and store documents.
• Check for accuracy and edit files.
• Review and update technical documents
• Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.
• File documents in physical and digital records.
• Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.
• Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of
agreement.
