Responsible to train the employees of Bank Alfalah Ltd about the software up gradation as well as the usage of that software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Training sessions of each employee of a particular branch.
• Assistance after training in the live session to ensure error free work at the start of up gradation.
• Acknowledging the Branch manager about the session performance.
Responsible for co-ordination between customers and company, also making the availability of products at customers place as well as own outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Introducing the customers with new product range.
• Managing customers desired products.
• Making products available at customers as well as our own selling place.
