Leading a team of 3 engineers to resolve customer’s IT issues under Blugrass support contract
Making sure issues are resolved in timely manner and does escalate not breach SLA. Sending
timely reports to the higher management. Working with customers for smooth IT operations
Scope of Role:
Customer Service
* Leading a team of 3 engineers
* Assigning support tickets to the right engineer and getting them resolved in timely
manner
* Setting customer service goals and helping team to achieve them
* Making monthly reports
* Maintaining relations with profitable customers
* Assist customers to implement and access company services
* Enhance customer experience
* Ensure company remains compliant and adheres to the terms and conditions listed in
contracts.
Sales and Business Development
* Achieving annual targets while adding new clients to portfolio
* Build business by identifying and selling prospects
* Cross sell various products and services
* Working with sales and marketing team to brainstorm new campaigns and business
ideas
* Preparing quarterly reports
Sales and Service requires to be up to mark with the regular banking needs of a customer who
walks in to the branch hours from Over the counter transaction to keeping him up to date with
latest products and services of the bank:
* Informing Customers of new products and services
* Cross sell different products as per customer needs
* Achieving quarterly targets set out by the bank
* Referring wealth products such as investments and mortgage
* Taking care all aspects of customer service related customer accounts
* Assisting customers with over the counter transactions
Responsible for complaint resolution within turn round time
* Management of rework department, and ensure maximum refurbishment
* First lever training to end users
* 100% achievements of preventive maintenance targets
* Compliance and achievements of defined targets
Meeting new customers regarding products and services
* Marinating relation with customers and building portfolio
* Closing new business leads
* Providing after sales services
* Building strong sales pipelines for future business
* Making sure the projects are delivered on the time by working with the development team
* Making sure monthly targets are met
