Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Engineering Design for Construction of 6 Nos. 69kV OHTL Feeders from Old to New
Dhahran Substation in Eastern Operating Area (EOA) of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Engineering Design for Construction of new 132kV D/C OHTL from proposed East
Qurayyat S/S upto Qurayyat BSP S/S in Qurayyat area, (line length = 35 kms) in Central
Operating Area (COA) of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Engineering Design for Construction of 110kV D/C OHTL for 110/13.8kV National Guard
Compound Substation TAIF (line length = 16 kms) in Western Operating Area (WOA) of

Checking of detailed Design of Transmission Line Tower/ Poles submitted by the Contractors using PLS-POLE and PLS-TOWER.
Comprehensive Techno-Economic Analysis Report for assisting the client in the Selection of Voltage Level for power dispersal (i.e. 500kV or 765kV)
Techno-economic Study for selection of most appropriate size/ type of ACSR vs ACSR/TW Conductors Techno-economic Study for selection of most appropriate size/ type of Insulators as per World Bank’s Consultants request.
Prepared basic Design Criteria for 765kV Dasu Transmission Line as per International Standard IEC-60826.
A detailed Insulation Coordination Study as per International Standards IEC 60071-1 and 60071-2.
Prepared Detailed Design Report for 765kV Dasu Transmission Line Project covering detailed design of Conductor, Shield Wire, OPGW, Insulator and Hardware, Tender level Tower Design and Tower weights, Review of Clearances, and insulator string swings, Review of Tensions and Conductor Safe Design Calculations as per CIGRE guidelines, Tender level Foundation Design and calculations of moments.
Loading Calculation of Towers and generation of Loading using ASCE Manual 74 and IEC 60826
Calculation of Estimated Tower weights of all types of towers using Moment Formula based on the final Loadings of the towers.
Prepared Bidding Document & Tender Specifications for hiring of Contractor for Construction of 765kV Double Circuit Transmission Line
Technical Tender Specification includes manufacturing guidelines for all components of the line including raw material detail and testing protocols.
To prepare and verify basic design parameters for detailed designing of 132kV and 220kV Transmission Lines and generation of Outline skeleton drawing as per the calculated clearances.
Checking Plan and Profile drawings of 132kV and 220kV Transmission Lines traversing through Hilly, semi-hilly, flat, rural and urban areas of Pakistan.
Reviewing and monitoring Contractor’s Progress of Works.
To review Electrical Drawings of 132kV Grid Stations.
Inspection/ Testing and Commissioning of a number of Conductors, Towers, poles and other allied hardware of Transmission Line and Substations including Power Transformer (20/26MVA), CB, CT, PT, Steel Structures, Power Cables, Control Cables, Gantries, SPA/SPD/SPG Poles and Control/ Relay Panels, Insulators, Conductors Earth Wire etc.
Computation of losses/ Preparation of Maps/ Technical Designs, Analysis Reports, Survey reports of H.T & L.T(11kv/ 0.4kV), stacking sheets of the Feeders for ‘Replacement of bare overhead Conductor with Aerial Bundled Cables (ABC) and Old Energy Meters with New Static Energy Meters’ in various Distribution Companies of Sindh, Pakistan
