Position : Mechanical Engineer. Project Site: Aramco Huwaiyah Unaiyzah Gas Reservoir Storage Project. KSA. Duration : 26 April 2022 to 30-Nov 2023.
Handling the site execution erection and alignment work at site
Following the Aramco standard for equipment installation alignment inspection Pre-commissioning and Commissioning work.
Follow up HSE and permit to work at site.
Installation all kinds of equipment like Pupm, Motor, Turbine, Compressor, Air Fan Cooler, Expander, Fire Water Pump I.A compressor vessel column, heat exchanger etc
Knowledge and inspection of all piping equipment work.
Responsible for installation, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning & Operations for rotating equipment.
❖Coordination with vendor to complete to carry out work & pre commissioning activities on site.
❖Prepare MRT procedure & check list for all rotating equipment like Compressors, N2 Compressor, Cold Booster expander, Air fan cooler, BOG Compressor, Re-gas, LNG Booster Pump, Fire Water Pump, I.A Compressor, FSU Marine loading arms etc.
❖Conducted quality checks of mechanical equipment’s during construction, Pre-Commissioning and
Commissioning stages. Supported commissioning and start-up activities.
❖Involved to the Pre Commissioning work activity like motor Solo run test of motor, Fire water Pump, Sea Water Pump, chiller compressor, Main air compressor & N2C work in mechanical activity.
❖Handling the site supervision and preparation of lube oil flushing and oil circulation, testing activity under vendor supervision.
❖Maintaining up to date Preservation records sheet activities of equipment before and after installation.
❖Involved all rotating equipment MRT like Main Air Compressor, N2 Compressor, Air Fan Cooler, Cold Booster Expander, Fire Water Pump, Instrument Air & Chiller compressor etc.
❖Mechanical Running Test for all rotating equipment recording data & maintained all record in sheets.
❖Commissioning activities are conducted as per Health, Safety, Environmental & quality policies and Procedures. Activities at site and reviewing project schedule.
❖Checking all the Parameters of Mechanical (MRT) run test during all Variation Point Check Vibration, Temperature, Noise and(If any abnormal sound rectify) recorded all reading in Data Sheet.
❖Reviewing all IFC Piping drawing and interface with client and engineering for KOC GC-31-Project.
❖Reviewing, Coordinating & monitoring all activities related to the Execution work of Piping installation and alignment of pipe and coordination with Qc for inspection for clearance.
❖Responsible for the Counter Checking by Isometric Piping Plan for the spool erected in correct location Orientation, alignment and Plumpness, Piping Routing.
❖Review and approval of documents submitted by EPC contractor such as, method statement, ITP, Site technical Queries, Material Approval Request as well as review and approval of drawing based on Requirement.
❖Work in multi-disciplinary teams supporting for piping installation alignment and hydro testing team.
❖Review & approval of the Test pack generated by Sub-Con Participating in work down for the verification and Completion of Piping System prior to release for Hydro test / Pre-commissioning / Commissioning.
❖After Completion of line Checking and Short out the Punch line. Client approval for Pre-commissioning and Commissioning procedures, including flushing activities, (Air blowing, Site Integrity Test, Markup P&ID).
❖Coordinate between various interfaces during hydro testing work at Site.
❖Resolving system problems, including submitting Request for Inspection (RFI’s), correcting or suggesting resolutions and Providing written report of the results.
❖Supervision of all construction work related activities and maintain all quality work according with standards.

❖Plans and lay-out work from oral and written instructions, assigns and supervises to the work of piping engaged the installation, repair and maintenance of plumbing, firefighting system $ Sprinkler fixture accessories.
❖Looking for all U/G & A/G Piping, Cement line Carbon Steel & Cu-Ni Firefighting sprinkler system work.
❖Participating in mechanical completion walk down for piping and mechanical work through at site.
❖ Follow up the work schedule & Co-ordination with client and sub-contractor for work progress.
❖Overall site Responsible for (Mechanical/Piping/Steel) Monitoring and prepare tie-in points & Tie-in packages
Rising work inspection requests after completion of each activity (Coordinate with site QC representative)
❖Co-ordination with QP for inspection works during final inspection.

❖To Check the availability and fitness of Construction equipment and of to Check the Personnel Mobilization and Demobilization.
❖Plant utilities startup (Nitrogen Generation unit, Instrument air Unit, Utility water Pumps) and operation
Self-motivated and able to work as part of a work team.
❖Prepare Piping & equipment system punch list and familiar all type of equipment Package.
❖Assembly, Erection, Commissioning & Operation of EOT 10T, 15T, 60T & 100T EOT Crane.
❖Planning & Scheduling for Mechanical Works, Vendor selection for site execution.
❖Inspection & final box-up of equipment. Handling drawings, manpower control, and site work execution.
