I manage a team of 10 key recruiters in the UAE who look after various clients and key accounts. I have a separate team dedicated to Emiratization, campaign, and bulk recruitment high volume recruitment of 120 candidate’s minimum. My talent acquisition recruiters are based in various locations in our office across the MENA region who oversee different projects for their clients. I have another team who look after mid to senior and executive recruitment. I manage the process from start to end, from candidate selection to offer and on boarding. I have engaged and assessed candidates by using various psychometric tests for assessment. Organize international campaigns in various locations to recruit, engineers, technicians, hospitality, and various other staff. I have proven record of accomplishment in hiring Emiratis for various roles including recruitment open days, the objective of this exercise it to get key talented UAE nationals/expats to attend an open day with an introduction background of the company moreover to meet and greet hiring managers regarding the potential successful opportunity within the company
