Heading the HR department in the regional unit at remote sites in Poland, Dubai and Hurghada. I’m responsible for developing HR plans, building a culture, lean and effective organisation and efficient operating environment
Major Achievements:
• Desiged and launched the pay strategy for 2018 at Dubai Site
• Revamped Hiring process, build and buy strategy, visa process and employement contracts at Dubai site

• Revamped the payroll system at Warswa site
• Desiged and launched the first engagement program linked with the performance at Hurghada site that lead to 100% of achieving the GCA KPI - taken as a best practice at the client side and RCC.
• Desiged and launched the first Outplacement program for the ramped downt projects across sites
• Revamped the internal transfer process across RCC to allow fair opportunities across sites
Provides leadership to the business leadership team, and drives the delivery of transformational people agenda, bringing to life the Vodafone people strategy. Owns the Customer Relationship with Customer Care director and leadership team.
Major Achievements:
• 3 points increase in 2015 engagement index versus previous year through implementing new engagement initiatives
• Designed and launched the first cross functional shadowing programme in Customer Care department
• Zero rising stars attrition in 2015 and 2016
• Restructured the Online and Social Media department
• Developed 2016-2017 People plan
• Put 2016-2017 detailed budget in line with the group guidelines

Being the HR Associate Director at Juhayna food Industries, 5500FTEs, for five years, my role has afforded several areas of responsibilities, beside, leading the HR teams across the commercial, industrial and agricultural sectors. This included hands-on in talent and career management, performance management, organisational design, competencies architecture, learning and development, employee engagement, people survey, change management and talent acquisition

Lead the human resources function of the commercial Section that consists of twenty seven branches across Egypt, with total head count of 3, 500 employees (65% of the group FTE).

Got a record by getting 340% of my quarterly objectives and 145% of my annual objectives.
Promoted twice and the first one was after only 5 months due to performance.
Managed to hire all levels across the corporate, starting from the entry level to the directory and cheif executive positions in different sectors Industrial, FMCG, IT, Engineering and Construction, Banking
