Working closely with clients from different fields such as health care, aviation, food & beverage, automotive, marine and etc. in the development or establishment of businesses in the Kingdom of Bahrain, the GCC and globally. Key responsibilities include:
• Market & Industry Analysis;
• Business Opportunity Identification;
• Business Growth Mapping;
• Business Development Planning;
• Business Expansion Planning; and,
• Sales & Marketing Planning.
Main Managerial Responsibilities include: • Handling day-to-day project management such as monitoring progress of key deadlines and ensuring clear
communication lines with clients on topics such as overall engagement objectives, work plan and key findings.
• Report and work closely with the Managing Director in advising clients to the most optimum strategy to achieve their business goals.
• Leading, managing and supervise a team of five members to produce Business Plans, Investment
Memorandums, Corporate Strategies and etc.
• Mentor staff and play an active role in helping junior staff meet their performance benchmarks and growth
goals.
• Coordinate with Vanguard Saudi office and training its staff as well as exchange know-how.
• Produce and review contract scope, pricing, man-hour, timeline etc. to each project.
• Interview and hire staff in the Venture Advisory Department.
• Attend and actively participate in senior staff meetings, offering ideas, insights and recommendations to the
Company policies, staffing, client service, new business and other topics that ultimately consider to overall
quality of the Company.
Produce business plans, investment memorandums, market research studies, surveying...etc.
Administration work, attend and aid seniors and management in various elements and tasks, produce business plans and investment memorandums, market research studies, surveying...etc.
• Prepared various projects revolving around the European Financial sector, the American Banking evolution, and the world banking sector in general. • Modules include Business law, International Business, Financial Economics, Corporate Risk Management, Behavioural Finance, The Marketing of Services and etc.
