Ensure that all airport activities are achieved in compliance with BA corporate safety and security regulations, through regular meetings with the handling agent and airport authorities. Thorough follow up is performed on the non -compliances raised during the security and safety audits both done from London and internally.
Lead a group of dedicated GHA staff to achieve station objectives and keep non compliance reports to a low level.
Own and update risk assessments, Business continuity Plans, emergency plans and Local Plan Manual regularly and on a timely basis based on the new requirements
Continuously improve the punctuality for the station through regular briefing with dedicated staff and using different approaches.
Monitor the budget for the station on a monthly basis to control expenditures and monitor generated revenue through upsells and excess baggage.

Manage and train a group of quality consultants to run test scripts that verify software functionalities used to trade derivative products in international markets worldwide.
Detect the functional abnormalities in the software, determine its origin and prepare a detailed report for IT engineers to fix the problem.
Revise and create new procedures for the quality management system of the firm.
Plan, perform and follow up the internal audits on the processes of the quality management system. Complete the audit reports and follow up the actions taken closely with the management team.
Permanent member in the quality meetings and management review.
Place trades as per client’s instructions and promote the services for the firm
Explain to the customer the different types of orders and how to place them electronically. Educate him as well on options and margin
Listen and resolve the problems that the customers face with Action direct
Learn the different types of systems that I should use to give complete and accurate information to the customer. This includes Bridge, BTS, BERTON, PAGES.
Help the customer in understanding the activity in his account.
Educate the customer on options and margins.
Co-operate with other departments to serve the client better, by doing the follow up and contacting him back (make a difference by showing that we care and keeping promises)

Supervise the accountant and human resource agent, and prepare budgets quarterly
Evaluate the financial needs for the company and negotiate with the bank the rates on the loans and the commissions applied to the transactions (preferential rate)
Amend the procedures in place to ameliorate the output of each unit in the company
Work with the production manager to study the costs at each level of production.
Communicate with the clients and suppliers (local and outside the country) and negotiate the methods of payment.
Develop different types of reports to the management team to evaluate the current and future costs of the business.
