Booking ticket and hotel arrangement for new or old staff.
Monthly Payroll for 110 employee
Benefits Calculation (Leaves, provisions, indemnity, end of service calculation)
Working on HR Smart System.

Keep the physical records for the mark sheets that are signed by members of the Board of Examiners for associate degree programs as well as the mark sheets that are signed by the short course instructors in a secure fire, water and damage proof cabinet.
Audit letters 'to whom it may concern' for short course and associate degree students against the registration form and the attendance sheet to make sure that the data is correct and that the student has attended or is attending the mentioned course(s).
Audit the transcripts for short course and associate degree students against the physical records such as the registration forms, the attendance sheets and the mark sheets that are signed by the Board of Examiners at the end of each semester.
Audit the certificates for the short course students and associate degree students against our physical records to make sure that the student has attended and successfully completed the mentioned course/program and meets the graduation requirements.
