Cyient is a prominent multinational technology company from India specializing in engineering, networks, and operations. I held the position of project manager, overseeing onshore fibre-to the-home projects in both Ireland and the UK. Collaborating closely with my team, we successfully managed the entire lifecycle of these projects, from the initial design and planning phase to their ultimate completion and implementation.

o Responsible for ensuring acceptance of implementation by following planned design and specs and network quality by driving continuous improvement and reduction of quality issues.
o Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
o Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
o Work closely with the Project Director to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Achievements

o Managed the lease negotiations associated with installing telecom assets on private property.
Aidan Brennan o Delivered over 10000 homes per month to the contractor for build. o Continuous quality improvement by the reduction of quality issues by introducing quality gateways. o To develop an accurate mapping and asset capture system, we used a mobile camera system and lidar survey for FTTH deployment.
