• 5M interim contract working with HR on new LMS (£500k, 4, 000 global users) at global bank. Deep dive to assess project status/gaps and opportunities. Built LMS Strategy, including sourcing 3rd parties to incorporate role specific technical and behavioural skills, e-learning and migrate local technical micro sites. Agile led.
• Shaped project plan incl training, change, communications, pilot and ongoing strategies to drive adoption.
• Oversaw with internal customers the processes, systems and approvals to de -centralise LMS into Sass.
