• Coordinates and control SAR and TSSR process and make sure PM build the new tower according to microwave information for Central Iraq.
• Monitor network performance including PDH links, SDH links and SDH MUX.
• Prepare Transmission Planning by using, LOS survey, link budget calculation, frequency planning, MUX plan, Synchronization plan, drawing and sites layout by using AutoCAD, Pathloos, and MapInfo, Map source, and Google Earth program for Micro-wave link for Central Iraq.
• Microwave Radio Link Frequency Planning and C/I Analysis Issues.
• Preparing Nominal Transmission Planning for future expansion to support all new requirements (BTS sites GSM900 & 1800, GPRS projects, NSS interconnection with MSCs, New MSC plan, new BSC plan & redistribution plan for BSC border).
• Preparing MSC cutover plan for any upgrading & for new implementation in the network.
• Preparing BSC cutover plan for any upgrading & for new implementation in the network.
• Radio Link Capacity Planning.
• Analyzing Required Frequency Bandwidth and Point Frequencies.
• Responsible of Transmission Optimization and Migration plans.
