& Electrical equipment’s Installation, Pre-comm. & Commissioning as per Approved project Specification’s.
•Review SLD, load schedules, Layout drawings, cable schedules, P&ID’s, I/O lists, cause & effect charts etc.
•Monitor the Electrical Works activities undertaken by the EPC contractor. Perform verification function at the level established by management for the position.
•Review drawing, DCA, STQ and CTN related to all electrical works.
•Implementing control strategies for truck loading/unloading system using PLC, single loop controllers, relay panels etc.
•Conducted regular site inspections for tracking project progress and confirmed its adherence to drawings and contract specifications.
•Examined and analysing site layout and shop drawings for the project of the company and provided appropriate Recommendation for enhancing design integrity.
•Ensure that the EPC contractor HSE practices are acceptable and that adequate measures and procedures are being implemented by those concerned. Ensure that adequate construction equipment is deployed and are properly used.
•Monitor the quality of the electrical installation work performed at the designated area by EPC contractor and its Sub-Contractor ensuring compliance with the contactor requirements
•Monitor conformity with the project requirements and highlighted to EPC contractor any observation to be reported to the line manager and keep record.
•Meet and work with third party inspector and discussed any issue related to quality and keep record.
•Participate in the review of the test packs for mechanical completion.
•Participate in Walk Down organized by the contractor to verify the completion of electrical works
•Review all the method statement, Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and MAR following the required procedures.

-house training for Quality Control & Electrical Equipment’s Testing. •Familiarization & understanding of Industry Codes NEC, NEMA,NETA, IEEE, NFPA , ASTM, AISC, IEC,SAES etc. and manual for installation of electrical equipment & system. Experienced in: •Sizing of safety relief valves and flow elements using software applications.
