Summary: Working on Indian clients for transfer pricing advisory, planning / structuring, compliance, assessments and litigation services.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively apply complex TP concepts and economic/financial knowledge to client situations.

• Develop and deliver quality and robust TP ideas tailored to the specific needs of the client.

• Assistance in the TP application of clients with respect to the Indian tax authority.

• Prepare TP planning and compliance documentation, participate in client pursuits, develop quality, practical planning TP services.

• Help clients identify and address complex international tax issues and contribute to the delivery of quality tax planning services.

• Assist senior staff in business development efforts - drafting proposals, support in workshops and TP presentations, client meetings and negotiations.

• Contribute to building and managing client relationships.

• Coordinate work with other client service team members and provide guidance to junior staff.

Working on transfer pricing planning and documentation studies with a specific focus on EY’s Financial Services clients.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain a portfolio of clients and take responsibility for ensuring their transfer pricing documentation is prepared to a high standard and on a timely basis.
• Work with the EY local office team and/or the client to understand the requirements at the start of each documentation cycle.
• Liaise with the client to obtain the information required to prepare the documentation, review the initial information, determine if the information is complete and follow up with the client as appropriate.
• Deliver a high quality, technically accurate final draft transfer pricing documentation, ready for final review by a manager/senior manager and sending to the client.
• Collect requirements for industry analysis, liaise with offshore partners to collect source information, and draft industry analysis.
• Provide advice and support to the EY local office team and/or client, as requested.
• Work with Project Administrator to ensure client administration and risk procedures are completed appropriately, liaising with EY local office teams as needed.
