Developing a hospitality vertical for the Group.

The portfolio of the Group includes the existing 323 five star deluxe Trident Hyderabad and two Hilton branded hotels under completion. Further, the Group has entered into a franchise agreement to develop 20 Hampton by Hilton across India, first of which is scheduled to open in Neemrana, Jaipur, India Q4 2015.

My role: Owners representation, operations management and project development.

Empee Hotels Limited owns Hilton Chennai, a classified 5 star deluxe hotel operated by Hilton International. The Group also owns an operational 3 star business hotel, a business Hotel under development. Apart from the hotels, the Group has planned for a large real estate township development \{800 housing units\} with commercial and retail. My role:
Co-ordinate operations and Cost Control of Hilton Chennai with Hilton International.
Head hotels and Real Estate divisions.
Identify and work with external consultants to implement a financial restructuring of the Group
Initiate project activity on a 150 key business hotel and real estate project in Chennai
Work closely with Hotel International Operators for management collaboration for new properties.
