MEDIA ORACLE is an Integrated Marketing and Communications Services Provider. We provide consultancy and implementation services to startups and small IT companies. We function as their outsourced Marketing Department.
Role description in brief: I was part of worldwide marketing leadership team. My main responsibility was to take care of all India specific MarCom activities, which included:
- Preparing marketing plan and implementation.
- Corporate branding and compliance to corporate brand guidelines.
- Developing MarCom collaterals; brochures, advertisements, presentations, website, DMs, etc.
- Complete ownership of internal and external events.
- Hiring and managing external agencies.
- Planning and managing marketing budget.
- Measuring results and making recommendations for on-going improvement.
Major events organized: Microchip India new facility inauguration, Global MASTERs Conference (Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore), and ESC (Embedded Systems Conference) India 2009.
My role involved working closely with marketing and sales leadership team in USA for creating marketing strategy and developing marketing communications collaterals.
My major contribution was standardization of all the corporate templates (brochures, e-mailers, direct mailers, website, corporate and product presentations in all formats; PowerPoint, Word, PDF, HTML).
Also, redesigned the corporate website and developed Intranet and Extranet applications.
Major events organized: India new facility inauguration and participation in ESC India 2007.
My role involved:
- Company branding, product and services branding, marketing strategy and execution.
- Preparing marketing collaterals including monthly newsletter, brochures and direct mailers.
- Preparing online communications strategies (website, e-mailers and web applications) and managing implementation.
- Managing, budget, vendors and overlooking the execution of various marketing programs.
Major achievements: Played a key role in branding and promotion of Wi-Fi products and services.
Managed e-enabling of key company processes - Intranet, Extranet and ECRM.
Role: Total management of web projects; websites, e-marketing campaigns, and web applications. Role involved understanding the brand and developing communications strategy for positioning on the web, in synergy with other mediums; print and TV (integrated communications), and execution.
Role: Responsible for the strategic planning, development, and management of the professional web services department, having strength 30 employees; graphic artists, developers and content writers.
Achievements: Successfully accomplished web sites for more than 100 national and international companies in varied business lines.
Role: Conceptualizing and executing advertising campaigns for both print and electronic media.
Achievements: Successfully accomplished a number of ad. campaigns for various clients.
