-Responsible for accounting of all the Investment Funds of the company
-Involved in reporting of daily liquidity position to the management
-Involved in preparation of budgets of subsidiaries
-Regular monitoring of the Fund’s investments and finances and reporting these to Senior Management
-Preparation of books of accounts of all the Fund companies
-Review and comment on the accounts prepared by the
International Audit Firm such as PKF for the Fund Level
companies as per International Financial Reporting Standard
(IFRS)
-Review and comment on Tax return prepared by International
Audit Firm such as PKF for US Corporation of the Fund
-Cash books and bank reconciliation
-Experience of liaising with internal and external auditors
-Knowledge of Great Plains, Peachtree and Fiduciary Accounting
Softwares
-The ability to maintain clear and accurate records
-The ability to work hard under tight deadlines
-Preparation of Fund distribution workings and distributions of
Capital and dividends
-Knowledge of Local & International Fund and all activities related
to administration and operation of the Funds
-Knowledge of setting up of new companies in U.S. and Cayman
Island
-Involved in Due Diligence process by collecting all the KYC
information from investors
-Co-ordination with Cayman Island Registrar in getting KYC
clearance
Banking Activities, Reconciling Statements, Reporting to Finance Manager / Managing Director, handling accounts up to Balance Sheet.
Responsible for overall accounting operations,

Maintain books upto Finalisation
Prepare weekly/monthly business & accounting reports to Directors.
Banking & Customs formalities for Import of Medicines & Medical equipment.
Collection from Debtors ( Ministries / Hospital / Local Parties )
Involved in writing books of accounts for various clients.
Auditing for private companies and societies
Bachelor of Commerce. with Accounts as major Subject
