GROUND OPERATIONS COORDINATOR :
-Assisting and coordinating all ground operations service functions.
- Liaise with all departments under ground operations to ensure smooth execution of the operation.
- Handle all quality control functions as department quality inspector.
- Amend and manage all necessary changes in ground operations manual.
- Handle all helipad certification administrative tasks.
- Support operations control center administrative functions.
- Maintain and conduct regular safety and quality inspections to ensure gcaa standards are met.
- Assist ground operations manager for heliport related operations.
- Assist ground operations manager for radio licensing.
- Monitor operational safety and quality standards for ground operations.
QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR FOR GROUND OPS :
- Assist Ground Ops Manager with Department inspections for condition, quality and conformity with GCAA, Aviation industry and Falcon Aviation standards
- Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the corrective actions taken as a result of non-compliance's.
- Prepare, review, revise and maintain Manuals and Standard Operating Procedures related to ground operations.
- Provide assistance to Head of Safety and Quality to comply with all applicable civil aviation regulations and improve quality standards of the department and company.
Inside the airport terminal:
- Checking passengers in for flights
- Assisting in re-routing or re-booking passengers whose flights have been cancelled or delayed
- Giving passengers up-to-date information on flights
- Assisting staff in carrying out security checks as and when the situation arises
- Delivering high levels of customer service to passengers and those travelling through the terminal.
- Assisting passengers with all inquiries, including lost or delayed baggage.
Outside the airport terminal:
- Guiding/Accompanying passengers to their designated points of boarding
- Briefing passengers on safety hazards and demonstrating safety protocol.
- Assisting Ramp staff in dispatching flights.
Technical Role:
-Draft and hand over the necessary documents for the flight to the aircraft crew.
-Preparing manifest and other important information that is required to assist the operation.
-Using system based software's in order to confirm the bookings of passengers.
-Understanding and applying knowledge about aircraft's and its capabilities in order to run the operation.
- Applying aviation phonetics and linguistics while communicating with Operations and Dispatch departments.
• Identifying, developing and evaluating marketing strategies, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
• Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers.
• Managing events and fulfilling the entire requirement that comes along with executing it.
• Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and media kits.
• Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
Communicating, meeting and negotiating with potential clients in order to obtain the lead on projects.
Temporary Floor Supervisor ( Project Based)
• Supervision of sales promoters at various outlets.
• Coordinating, Guiding and Supervising the smooth running of jobs conducted
• Submitting weekly sales reports to the company.
• Facilitating day to day operations of the work force.
• Ensuring that the samples of products are delivered to the outlets
• Handle the issues at the outlet in an efficient manner on behalf of the client.
• Check In:
Involved in Queue combing to greet guests, thereby ensuring that all have their documents ready and identify any problems which would otherwise cause delay at the check-in counter.
• Lead Gate Agent:
Responsibilities include studying the flight prior to boarding for any specials (Wheelchairs, Unaccompanied minors, VIP’s, Stretchers) misconnections and lias with Flight Supervisors on the same. Monitor the catering of the flight and inform the Flight Planner accordingly. Last, but not the least to maintain the On-Time Performance.
• Flight Irregularities:
Dealing with problems such as delays, disruptions, excess baggage or denied boarding. To ensure that Guests are adequately briefed and their needs are satisfied during delays and disruptions.
• Guest Assistance:
Providing assistance to passengers, unaccompanied minors, medical and wheelchair passengers by providing them with personalized service. Assisting passengers to use the fast track kiosk for self-check in at the airport to avoid delays and long queues.

Completed two years of my undergraduate degree in Dubai, while on a sports scholarship. After that I had transferred to London, U.K to complete my final year also on a sports scholarship. Along with a Bachelor degree in Advertising , Public relations and media, I have also attained an Honors degree with my course.
