Duties and responsibilties
Play area attendant
• responsible for the supervision and care of young children/kid
• help maintain a clean child play area/ maintain the hygiene of the place
• enforce all the rules and regulation fairly and equally
• create new safe and fun activities to keep children active
• demonstrate a good rapport, maintain a positive, cooperative working relationship with supervisors and subordinates
• make the customer feel they are welcome
• assure the safety of the customer
• instruct the customer about the policy of the safety
• first put the seatbelt to the customer
• double check the seatbelt before you operate the machine
• while operating the machine make sure focus your attention to the passenger or customer on the ride for their safety
• say thank you and come again
Cashier
• first duty of cashier is to greet the customer
• handling all the cash transaction
• receive payment by cash
• guiding and solving queries of customer
• checking daily cash accounts
• greet, assist the incoming visitors or customer
• receive direct and relay telephone massage
• respond to public inquiries
