 Responsible for establishing competitive shipping rates by coordinating and networking with freight agents and shipping companies
 Assures that all inquiries and quotations are entered in the system for fast track and records
 Follow up the quotations, payment collections and ensures that all delivery schedules are maintained
 Coordinates with agents, customers and team to ensure all necessary shipping documents are completed and prepared
 Responsible and accountable for complaint resolution either technical, large or complex, regarding service, products and accounts using established procedures that ensure customer
 Support the Sales Team in the production of Requests for Proposals for New and Existing Business within the allotted time frame
 Responsible and accountable for responding to customer requests and questions regarding service, products and account information in a professional, accurate, efficient and friendly manner
 Responsible and accountable for sending daily / weekly / monthly reports to customers and superiors as per respective customer KPI
 Partner with the Sales team to develop customer presentations, mass mailings and other producer related projects
 Maintains good relationship with clients and provide excellent customer service satisfaction
 Submit invoices to Accounts Payable and enter reimbursement requests into the optional service tool
 Performed clerical jobs such as printing and photocopying documents, faxing and attending telephone calls
