My main responsibility and duty is to manage the teams workload and schedule to accommodate
more projects and meet clients deadlines.

scope of work :
* responsible in scheduling briefing/meeting with the concerned parties
(account management, production, creatives, and third party suppliers)
* prepares billings immediately after the project (third party suppliers, inhouse billings)
* doing follow-ups to all teams invloved
* responsible in getting internal clearances (creative and accounts) before turning over file/materials to
client
* coordinates status of projects to all concerned
* doing reports (work in progress, and other related reports)

Aside from doing the same task, on this stage, I concentrated more on mastering
the print production, final artwork, and creative processes & procedures.
I spent the whole year doing trainings and actual application of the process.
