Responsibilities:
Participate in Concept, Schematic and Detailed design stages with the Architecture team.
Review Shop-drawings prepared by contractors prior to approval.
- Coordinate with Clients and sub-consultants/design teams.
- Attend workshops and progress meeting, prepare notes, minutes of meetings and close-out reports.
- Review Architectural submittals and propose alternatives/sultans.
- Conduct Site visits (supervision) and meet resident engineers to convey and issues/problems to the design team.
- Coordinate with local agents regarding any Gov. requirements (municipalities, Utilities, ...)
- Review RFPs' for future projects and prepare Technical proposals alongside Design team.
- Update planning engineers with ongoing and future works. mark milestones and prepare progress reports.

Exterior facade & Internal partitions:
-Coordinating with MEP and Internal/External contractor
-Working beside Subcontracor's Engineers along with QA/Qc to solve desing and site issues.
-Responding to Technical Queries raised by subcontracir's Engineers and QA/QC
-Working alongside with Planning engineers to update main look ahead program and as build schedule.
-Other responsibilities to be worked on with site manager include site management and labor, material and equipment organizing

Project Engineer @ KAPSARC fully in charge of 2 main buildings (LIB & MUS) of the 5 buildings in the project.
More involved in technical, commercial, procurement & planning roles
-Supervision of construction works.
-Review of shop-drawings and architectural details.
-check material samples and delivered material (along with QA/QC)
-ensure procedures are followed for all construction works.
