Managing & Directing on Day-to-day business (Sales & Operations) Offline & Ecommerce stores and Driving top line and realized margins across the region for all concepts and Analyzing company financials & income statement and Ensuring the business focused upon delivering Business plan, Gross profit and P&L.
Formulate and implement store strategies to maximize operational efficiency (sales per SQM / Staff, ATV, UPT, Conversion, Gross Margin etc.)
Set & Managing the Annual Stores budget (Sales, Staff, .Etc).
Analysis of the strengths and weaknesses per store, utilizing the financial P&L reports and provide corrective action plans.
Conduct Market research (economy, demographics, consumer spends, product preferences) to identify possibilities of Business penetration and expansion opportunities & Optimize Marketing Budget and Maximize ROI.
Managing and developing the team effectively & ensuring the teams are updated and focused on the achievement of store budget and providing training as required promoting positive team morale.
Lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of e-commerce platform -coordinating and socializing with content, creative, sales and broader organization.
Build and develop a high performing, cross functional teams that can bridge numerous internal and external challenges and stakeholders.
Recommend actions based on analysis/ Create contingency plans to ensure keeping business on track.
Ensure highest level of customer experience delivery across the stores to ensure store consistency and establish operational best practices.
Recruiting right talent (Saudi Nationals) and developing the same across all levels of retail organization.
❖ Develop and establish Operation / sales strategies, policies and procedures; establish KPIs for the Operation, Brand, Planning, buying and marketing department and carry out Operation planning to meet objectives.
❖ Ensuring the business focused upon delivering Business plan, Gross margin, and Gross Profit And P&L.
❖ Lead the implementation of Brand Positioning, driving brand equity, Brand Love and maximizing profitability.
❖ Lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of e-commerce platform -coordinating and socializing with content, creative, sales and broader organization.
❖ Identify key growth pillars and develop annual marketing plans in-line with Annual operating plans.
❖ Improvement of sales financial results (indicators: sales, gross margin, commercial margin, over dues x days of sales).
❖ Ensuring the business focused upon delivering Business plan, Gross Profit and P&L.
❖ Prepare and execute the marketing strategy for Company Brands and develop the budget for Brands, Monitor and ensure that budgets are met.

❖ Monitor employee performance, participate in performance reviews, identify high performers and design and implement strategies for their long term retention.
❖ Collaborate with Brand Marketing and operations teams ensuring all campaigns are aligned on time and properly executed.

Responsible for 11 International Franchise Brands from - Paris, Portugal, China..Etc. )
❖ Managing & Directing the Area Manager and stores on Day-to-day business operations, understanding stock issues, product quality & price issues, bestselling, non-movers and all the merchandising initiatives are shared and implemented across all brands to ensure consistency of approach.
❖ Set the Annual Stores budget (Sales, Staff, .Etc).
❖ Implement Marketing Campaigns and key marketing programs.
❖ Optimize Marketing Budget and Maximize ROI.
❖ Manage Relations with internal and external stakeholders.
❖ Tracking Daily sales for all stores and check the stores performance individually by daily, weekly & monthly basis and focus on (UPT & ATV) Also Monitor sales per staff & Sales per Metter (SPS &SPM).
❖ Stocks Management & Loss prevention, Managing (Transfer stocks Between stores, DC and keep Communication with Brand & Stocks planning to Controlling Stocks such as( Best Sales &Slow Mover ) and analysis stocks performance and density in each store.
Managing Telesales unit Agents, sales and operation of 3 departments
(Inbound, Outbound and Follow up) with 1.800 SR billion turnover.
Ensuring the team meets the sales targets.
Sales training, development, and performance management.
Developing and maintaining customer relationships
