I have been working as freelance Network engineer in Australia. I enjoy working and talking to people. I'm good at making people comfortable and I also like the challenge. In the past I heard comments frequently that I would make a good salesman even before I got into sales.
So basically, I like sales because it fits my personality and I really enjoy it.
I have been working for STS for eight years, first year I worked as a Dell engineer then I moved to the Network department as a Network engineer, with years I gain experience in varies way such as Customer service and Sales experience.
My Responsibilities As a senior network engineer:
- Design, maintain, and support extensive Cisco LAN environment utilizing Cisco Best-practices.
- Design and support WAN/MAN connectivity, DWDM and other technologies such As Optical fiber technology.
- Design and implement infrastructure based on best-practice Security standards And recommendations.
- Provide second and third level support for all Networking infrastructures and Technologies Work with various monitoring and reporting systems to maintain and organize Network-based technical reports for Management review.
- Develop and maintain documentation of all LAN/WAN infrastructures
- Understand competing products and technologies
